Information you give us directly: name, contact details, employment history, the content of your enquiry, and anything you attach. Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived, subject to the cookie choices above.
We sometimes obtain business contact details — such as a work email address or phone number — from licensed data providers and professional sources, so we can reach out about relevant roles. We never sell, rent, or trade anyone’s personal data, and we honor an opt-out at first request.
To respond to enquiries, to carry out advisory and search work, to consider you for roles where you have asked us to, to meet legal and contractual obligations, and to send the communications you opted into. Nothing more.
Your profile is never sent to a client without your explicit agreement for that specific role. We tell you who is receiving it and why. If you ask us to delete your record, we do, and we confirm it in writing.
We use a small number of service providers for email, hosting, scheduling and our applicant tracking system, each bound by contract. Candidate records are held for twenty four months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to keep them longer or remove them sooner.
Texas residents, and anyone else who asks, may request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data, and appeal a decision we make about such a request. Email us and we will respond within forty five days.
